If I don't take a shower like twice a day my balls will itch. Not sure why, but I really need to know. I don't think it's any kind of fungus because while itchy they don't look red or bumpy, they just itch REALLY bad. When I was in Yosemite for a week it got really bad by the last day, and I don't think anybody else has this problem. Why is this?
It could be as simple as a mild alergy to the soap you are using. Also laundry soap can irritate many people.why do my balls itch It could also be just dry skin from over washing. Try using just plain water and rinse your sac well, then dry it well after. Wash it a couple times a day with plain water.
Depending on your age, it could also be as simple as hair growing in. Anything different will irritate the skin and make you itch.
Scratching it will make it worse as you may break the skin. Try some mild talcum powder (baby powder) or even gold bond. That should take care of the why do my balls itchitchiness.

Or you can uses talc in your genital area and that will help.
It's a medical problem. the skin on your back sack is sensitive so if you wash a lot it wears away at it causes it to itch.
After showering & drying off - apply a coating of 宝贝疙瘩 Oil to help calm the itch.
go see a doctor and shower twice a day.
