pc world laptop reviewA few general pc/laptop/broadband questions?

Just a few things (i'm not very PC minded!) that maybe someone could help clear up for me - some may seem very obvious but I know nothing about this sort of thing, so bear with me!
1.) can i run wireless broadband to my pc and my laptop from just the one subscription?
2.) has vista sorted itself out yet - is there any good reviews?
3.) has anyone an opinion on the EI system laptops (cheapies) ?
4.) I'm going to get a laptop, a cheap one (less than £400) as I want it for writing my novel on the move/outside watching kids in garden/in bed etc., for taking and showing prospective clients mock ups of artwork on Print Artist, listening to a bit of music, etc, looking at a bit of internet - nothinpc world laptop reviewg too strenuous or demanding - which laptop do you think? someone please look at pc world - will a EI 4115 do me or should i stop being swayed by the free pretty cover?!
6.) if my bro has changed from bt to sky br/band why can he still use his old email address, or do you keep that?
ta!
You can run more than one broadbadn computer is you put in a wireless router and your computers can handle wireless.

For laptop try Toshiba or Dell. we still run a four year old Dell (A little upgraded) and it is fireproof.. I changed a Toshiba. also fireproof for an Acer which I ran perfectly for a year before I changed to another upgraded Acer. You pays your money and makes your choice. Remember tpc world laptop reviewhe makers name isn't everything. Models within a range can be lemons.
1) Yes ! You have internet from your ISP and you can connect however many computers to it. Although the download speed will shared.
2) Vista still has lots of problems, though it is more stable due to the service pack.
I used XP for years but gradually liking Vista more.
3) You can get a basic or standard laptop for around £300 / 406 euros. Go Here for couple of options. I ll be getting one of these soon.

4) As mentioned above a basic laptop should do you.
5) I m not sure if you can keep you email address but I have used yahoo for years. You could ask them...
